Matthew B. Sweeney is a licensed real estate Broker based in San Francisco with over 15 years of experience in residential property sales, marketing, buyer negotiations, contractual procedure, team management, and boutique development sales in San Francisco, Beverly Hills, and greater Los Angeles. With a Masters's degree in Marketing from the University of Westminster in London, Matthew believes strongly in the power of bespoke marketing specific to each property he lists and creative negotiation strategies to help his buyers win in highly competitive markets.

Having worn many hats throughout his real estate career, Matthew gains much satisfaction in the relationships that are created throughout the buying and selling process. He prides himself on full transparency and candor throughout every step of the transaction.
