Meet Molli

As an entrepreneur and creative person at heart, Molli enjoys the process of home buying and selling. It touches on all of the things she loves: people, creativity, architecture, design and negotiating. With 15+ years of event planning, event management, restaurant management, consulting + design, real estate seemed only natural.

Molli moved to California in 1998, where she ran a local Inn and wedding venue (Michelin starred and 3 stars from Michael Bauer). Molli found that real estate and event planning are quite similar. She believes that you are helping someone through an intense process, one that most people are unfamiliar with, they need someone they can trust. It is very important to her to be that person. Having owned her own businesses for most of her life has taught her how important integrity, reliability, competence, care, empathy, skill and most importantly, trust and communication are. Molli brings all of this focused energy to each transaction.

Molli and Jonathan founded Dearman Real Estate Group on these ideals. It is extremely important for them, as a company of people who care, to give back to the community.
