Michael Valmonte

Michael is a third-generation San Franciscan, and with the exception of the four years he spent studying at Dartmouth College, he has lived in the city his entire life. His passion for real estate is driven by his affinity for both his city and its diverse population.  While a relatively new agent, Michael has been involved in land use and property management for the last decade.  During this tenure, Michael helped manage 75 residential apartment units and helped manage several offices for contractors and landlords in San Francisco. As a bonus, these jobs allowed Michael to dabble in other industries and professions as he sought to determine his career path. Most recently, he worked as a physical therapy assistant, and has worked as a San Francisco Juvenile Justice Counselor and as an ESL instructor teaching English to recent immigrants to the Bay Area.  These endeavors illuminated Michael’s passion and ability to interact and effectively communicate with people spanning socioeconomic, ethnic and geographical bounds. Coupled with his experience in property management, Michael’s penchant for working directly with people allows for a seamless transition to his role as Director of Operations, as he can rely on his facilitative and communication skills to ensure maximal efficiency throughout the company.
