If there’s one thing David Cohen knows, it’s San Francisco, and there are very few agents who know it as well as he does. Growing up in the city, David spent a lot of time exploring it in its entirety, developing the deep attachment to San Francisco that persists to this day. It’s no wonder he calls his agency City Real Estate. Since then, in the 15 years that David has been in real estate, he has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers, has become one of the city’s top producing agents, and has participated in over a half billion in sales. He consistently ranks in the top 1% of San Francisco agents citywide. David is a true professional, creative marketer, and experienced negotiator. There is no one better equipped to guide clients through the competitive market of home buying or the fast paced and complicated nature of selling. David’s success is defined by his clients’ happiness. A testament to this is that most of David’s business is repeat or referral from past clients. He takes his relationships with his clients very seriously, with the goal of making them feel like they are his only client. With City Real Estate, David Cohen brings a full-service agency directly to the heart of the city where he grew up. David attended Stuart Hall and University High School and he has a B.A. in Law and Society from University of California, Santa Barbara. David is actively philanthropic, choosing to give to UCSF, Family House, Tipping Point, and other local charities. In true San Francisco fashion, he follows the city’s sports teams, politics, and food scene quite closely. From the hole in the wall to the trendy new spot, he is always happy to share his restaurant recommendations.View My Profile

Courtney Jung is a San Francisco girl through and through. Born, raised, and educated in the city, Courtney is a third generation San Franciscan who grew up in the city’s West Portal neighborhood and later lived in North Beach for nearly two decades. Prior to real estate, Courtney worked in the hospitality industry for twelve years at many well known and quintessential San Francisco restaurants, including three years at the acclaimed Restaurant Gary Danko. There, she developed her “the client always comes first” philosophy. She has found that the strong service and customer relations skills she honed in her prior life are a natural fit for real estate. After all, both industries are client centered and you don’t rise to the top in either without a strong focus on service. As a real estate professional, Courtney saw immediate success, rising to the Top 10 in her office during her first year in sales and every year thereafter. She brings a left brain / right brain approach to real estate – her creative mind revels in architecture, design and construction, while her analytical side thrives in number-crunching, strategizing and negotiating, making for a wellrounded and multi-talented agent. Specializing in residential sales in San Francisco and the Peninsula, Courtney helps her selling and buying clients define their goals and maximize results. She seeks to understand her client’s spoken and unspoken needs and exceed their expectations by providing the best possible real estate experience, before, during and after the transaction. In her free time, Courtney enjoys great food, reading, yoga, traveling to sunny destinations and spending time with her husband, Connor Lennan, a fellow real estate agent and Courtney’s business partner.View My Profile

During his sixteen year tenure in hospitality, Connor worked at many acclaimed San Diego and San Francisco restaurants, including four years at San Francisco’s Michelin rated and award winning, Restaurant Gary Danko. Director of Operations
Michael is a third-generation San Franciscan, and with the exception of the four years he spent studying at Dartmouth College, he has lived in the city his entire life. His passion for real estate is driven by his affinity for both his city and its diverse population. While a relatively new agent, Michael has been involved in land use and property management for the last decade. During this tenure, Michael helped manage 75 residential apartment units and helped manage several offices for contractors and landlords in San Francisco. As a bonus, these jobs allowed Michael to dabble in other industries and professions as he sought to determine his career path. Most recently, he worked as a physical therapy assistant, and has worked as a San Francisco Juvenile Justice Counselor and as an ESL instructor teaching English to recent immigrants to the Bay Area. These endeavors illuminated Michael’s passion and ability to interact and effectively communicate with people spanning socioeconomic, ethnic and geographical bounds. Coupled with his experience in property management, Michael’s penchant for working directly with people allows for a seamless transition to his role as Director of Operations, as he can rely on his facilitative and communication skills to ensure maximal efficiency throughout the company.
